    This is such a beautiful milk I have tried many different varieties and this product by far is the most nicest flavour I have tried.

    Good product, wrong order

    I ordered the milk as described, the order was packaged and sent extremely quickly (too quickly some might say) and when it arrived the next day, it was the wrong milk that was delivered.

    I reported this to the support team and they instantly sent a new one which arrived the next day. I was however disappointed with the support offered as there was no apology for the mix up and no form of compensation e.g. 10% off your next order (which is a standard first order offer). The service is good otherwise and I will still use ipantry as its free delivery, but don't expect an apology any time soon.
