Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
We deliver Monday-Saturday for Melbourne Metro customers and Monday-Friday for Victorian Regional customers. Deliveries are
made between 6am-6pm.
The below information will show you your delivery day based off the day and time you place your order:
Melbourne Metro:

Ballarat Region:

Bendigo Region:

Geelong Region:

Orders need to be placed by 2pm for next day deliveries. Orders placed after 2pm will not be processed until the following day and will be delivered the day after

*On occasion our delivery times may be extended, and we always endeavor to let our customers know as soon as possible.
All of our products are packaged inside eco-friendly boxes and will include freezer packs where required for frozen items. Scan the QR code on the bottom of your box for the best disposal method for our packaging.
Customers can now pick up their orders at our Sunshine West location. With our click and collect service you can order in advance or even for same day pick up. Our click & collect trading hours are 8am to 7pm.
At this stage this is something that we do not offer.

Unfortunately, we do not offer live tracking for the moment, however you will get a SMS throughout the journey of your delivery advising on its near arrival. If you need more help seeking a more narrowed time frame, please feel free to contact our customer service team to assist further here.
You will receive a text message the night before your order is due to arrive confirming it is being finalized and scheduled for delivery on your nominated day.
On the day of delivery, you will receive two text messages with up-to-date information on the status of your delivery with estimated times of your delivery.
We deliver to Melbourne Metro suburbs as well as some regional cities.
We're constantly expanding our delivery areas, so keep an eye out.

If you're not at home when your order arrives, our driver will try to get in touch with you to ask if there's somewhere that they're able to leave your order.
On the rare occasion where we're unable to contact you, our drivers will leave your order in a safe place and if one isn't available, or you have asked for it to not be left unattended they will return that to our warehouse to organize re-delivery.
As we are a purely digital company, no packing slips or receipts will be included in your order. You can download a PDF copy of your invoice in your order confirmation email.
All order confirmations and invoices for your transactions will be emailed to you at the time of finalizing your order. You will also be able to find your order history in your account profile once you are logged in.
If your delivery has damaged, expired goods or the part of your delivery is missing please reach
out to our customer service team explaining what has happened. They will be sure to work with you on finding the best outcome and solution for you.
If an item is out of stock and has not been packed in your delivery, an iPantry gift card will be issued to the value of the item that was not packed.
Unfortunately, there is no opportunity to change preset boxes or gift packs. However, if you have a bespoke requirement, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team so they can advise and assist you with your needs.
