You don't have to be a vegetarian to love this version of our lasagna. Made with layers of pasta, freshly grilled eggplant, zucchini, red capsicum, mozzarella and our homemade vegetarian sauce, it will satisfy vegetarians and meat-eaters alike!
Oven:Pre heat oven to 160˚C.Remove film from tray and cover with aluminium foil.Place in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the centre of tray is hot. Remove foil and serve
