    Tender and tasty

    I was surprised at how beautifully tender the meat was, and full of flavour.

    My only negative was how fatty our cut was. Shoulder is always on the fatty side but we lost a decent amount of the meal removing big chunks of fat.

    Great flavour & very tender

    The flavours of this lamb dish are fragrant but were well liked - even by my teenage sons! The meat was very tender and melted in the mouth. I would have given 5 stars but there was a lot of fat which needed to be drained away to use the gravy. I would order this meal again.
