Unique to Murray River Smokehouse - the trout is smoked belly down which traps in moisture and flavour. The resulting fish displays characteristic trout flavour infused with a creamy sweetness unique to Murray River Smokehouse Smoked Rainbow Trout. The fish is presented upright making it an attractive, easy to serve and very tasty offering for sharing in small or large groups.
