Grass Fed Beef Rib Eye Steak (Aprox. 500g Per Steak)

Widely considered to be one of the tastiest, most flavourful of steaks; rib eyes are taken from the lightly worked rib section of the cow.

The secret to rib-eye steaks being so delicious is the rich marbling of fat running through them. When this fat renders during intense cooking it guarantees hearty flavour and a succulent, juicy steak.

Serve rib meat at least medium rare to make sure the fat running through it cooks and releases all of its delicious flavours.
