Chicken Stroganoff (350g)

Stroganoff is thought to have originally been created in St Petersburg, in Russia during the late 19th century thanks to a French chef living there. The original recipe was created with beef, but we love this lighter addition with chicken!

Heating/Cooking Instructions 
Preheat oven to 200°c.
Remove outer packaging.
Bake for 20 minutes.

    Tasty dinner

    I ate this last night for dinner. It’s a very satisfying winter meal. The sauce is delicious, chicken and mushrooms are good and topped with a very tasty mashed potato.

    Definitely a favourite
