Naturally gluten-free, wheat-free, easy to digest and is among the least allergenic foods available. Quinoa has a light, nutty, delicious flavour all its own.
Cooking instructions: Bring 3 - 4 litres of water to a rapid boil. Add a pinch of salt and 1 package of Ceres Organics Penne. Cook for 13 - 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and drain. Serve promptly.
