Changes to our Delivery Services

As cafes, caterers and food businesses across Melbourne continue to recover and flourish, we are pleased to see that life continues to move from strength-to-strength for our business customers.

While your business is getting busier, so to is ours. As orders continue to increase on a daily basis, we are continuing to increase our focus and investment in developing and improving our systems, operations and ways of working to meet the growing needs of our business customers.

We have made a significant investment in the future of the iPantry website, with many improvements to usability and ease of ordering currently being developed. We are also strongly focused on expanding our range of brands and products, and simultaneously working on improving the quality and reliability of our delivery service.

To allow us to continue to improve our operations, keep pace with our customers and meet your delivery expectations, we need your help.

Access to Your Premises

We are asking all of our business customers to provide us with either keys and/or access codes to your property, or alternatively permission to leave your order in a safe place, to help ensure your delivery arrives as early as possible. In the event that these options are not available, deliveries will need to be made to you anytime within our normal business customers’ delivery window of 6am-12pm.

If either of these options are not suitable and you require a specific delivery window (minimum one hour), please contact our customer service team on 1800 577 292. Please note however that an additional delivery fee of $14.90 will apply to these deliveries.

Free Shipping Threshold

To continue to scale up our delivery service and ensure we can meet the expectations of all customers, we will need to increase our free shipping threshold from $50 to $75. We have always tried to keep free shipping as low as possible, and we hope that by making a marginal increase to the free shipping threshold it will have a minimal impact on our business customers. This change will take effect from Monday 10th May.
