Traditional home-style Lasagna made with love by one of Melbourne's most popular Italian restaurants.

Weight: 1000g / Serves 4

Heating / Cooking Instructions:
Oven - Preheat oven to 190C (fan forced). Remove tray of pasta from plastic bag, , cover with foil. Place tray with pasta in the oven on a rack. Cook for 15-20min until hot in center.

Microwave - Remove tray from bag, place in microwave and cook for 6-8 min.

Keep refrigerated. 

Flour, egg, beef mince, nutmeg, cloves, red wine, white wine, tomato, garlic, celery, carrots, onion, pepper, bay leave, salt, extra virgin olive oil, , fior di latte (cows milk, slat, rennet).
