Full pork loin cured and cold smoked. Made in the original method handed down using a traditional marinade, cured using a traditional brine mixture smoked over many hours with the flavours baked on in the Smokehouse. Deep rustic hardwood smoke, Juniper Berry and Bay leaf and maple flavours.

Ingredients: Manufactured meat (Pork (95%), water, salt, sugar, dextrose (tapioca or maize), herbs and spices, nature identical flavour, mineral salt (451, 450, 452), food acid (sodium diacetate, sodium citrate), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate, sodium erythorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite), natural flavour (maple).
